Now a days most teens communicate through social media and don't interact with each other as much as we used to. The best form of communication is talking to one another face-to-face because with proper communication leads to less misunderstandings, and is a more respectable way to talk with someone. Another great form of communicating is Listening, because talking and listening bounce off of each other. Like for example when talking to someone they need to listen and the same when someone is talking to you, you listen. We need to communicate to each other outside of school as well as inside of school and to our parents as well. Therefore communicating is key is many ways, especially when it's about something important.
Agreed! EJ you my friend have a true understanding of the word communication. Many students do not understand how to talk to one another.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you, I also feel more people should take in consideration to actually talking face to face but I do love my phone. Not all people you want to talk to live in the same area as you and so it's great to have phones and social media to be able to communicate with family and friends over seas.
ReplyDeleteEj you have a great point of view of communication. I always see little kids with I Pads, I Phones, etc. Many parents are just giving them technology to keep them quiet, but they don't understand how they are hurting their child in the long run.
ReplyDeleteEJ, although I do agree that communicating in high school is key, my question is how can it be less difficult for students. Remember, there are more students that are less likely to share out loud in a class than those that like to ask questions or don't worry about what others think. I think Julie also brings up a valid concern about how technology is used in today's world as well.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you EJ communication is key. when somebody is talking to you listen to what they are saying.
