How will I get along with Co-Workers?

Well if you ask me getting along with your co-workers is important, especially around the boss or manager. For me as along as we communicate and stay on topic about who does what and for how long we'll be good. By communicating and staying on the same page I mean understanding the rules of no horse play, sanitation, and most importantly behaving appropriately. If you Don't get along with your co-works then that might cause some problems in the future working together. In the future if there is problems between you and your co-worker(s) then you should talk to your boss or employer to find out the best solution. You would Never want to take matters into your own hands especially at work that can change your career. So in the future I sincerely hope that I get along with my co-works.

  1. It seems like your philosophy will serve you well for your future! Taking matters in your own hands can lead to severe complications that could change many lives...have you ever heard the phrase..."going postal"? That is what your post made me think of!

  2. EJ, I agree that getting along with co-workers is important. However, their can be some really stuck up and rude co-workers. It all depends on pretty much what kind of work environment your in. Also when do you plan on working? you told me you didn't want to work soon...

  3. Its true about getting along with co-workers especially if you guys are in an environment where you need to work as a unit and be on the same page as you said. Also you mentioned that you should never take matters into your own hands in a work place and I agree with on that cause you can cause something much bigger if you do.

  4. Even if you don't like your co-workers when you are working you have to put that aside and work as a team, for the sake of the job. Not everyone gets along but as long as the respect is performed while working is fine. As long as people are getting the work done and getting their money, people shouldn't bring drama.

  5. I totally agree with you Ej, I believe that getting along with your co-workers is very important. I would try my best to avoid getting into problems with them because that would lead to a really bad situation.
